NEW FOR 2024          

 The COVID-19 Public Health Emergency ended on March 31, 2023 and state Medicaid agencies will officially start the Medicaid Unwinding process. Estimates say 15 million people will need new coverage and we expect 2.7 million of them will qualify for subsidized ACA Marketplace plans. 

If you, or anyone you know has been disenrolled from Medicaid and had received notice from the State Medicaid program that your coverage will be terminated or has already been terminated will go through state-run processes to redetermine whether or not they’re eligible for Medicaid.
This process is referred to as “Medicaid Unwinding.” 

 Some of these individuals will qualify for
employer sponsored health plans, but around
2.7 million will turn to the ACA Marketplace for subsidize Health Care coverage. If you are among those who didn't take advantage of the opportunity before the Special Enrollment ended and still needs help to fine new coverage or change current coverage, than you are on the right page at the right time. Open enrollment begins Nov 1st 2023 and  runs till Jan 15th 2024 this will give you an opportunity to  secure coverage for 2024. During this time you can apply for health insurance or change a current plan regardless of any pre-existing conditions you or a family member may have. If you qualify, you maybe eligible for a government subsidy through the Marketplace which will help you with the cost of your insurance.
